I am an "advanced beginner" or "beginning intermediate" at 68 years! So grateful for this class that is a perfect challenge for me.
Being 57 years old with bad knees and some arthritis but still loving yoga.....this is the ultimate class for me. Love the meditative style, the slower speed to really get into the poses and still a nice core and hip challenge and opening. Your classes are fabulous Fiji! Thank you so much.
Good class. Lots of verbal instructions. At times a tad too much. Got into some poses I didn’t know I could do because the pace was a bit slower than most intermediate classes. Good option for those of us who want to try more challenging classes.
I have been doing a lot of root chakra work and this is hands down the best first chakra class I have ever done. I simply stumbled upon it whilst looking for a shorter class. Most root chakra classes are long... I think because they often are kicking off a series. To find an amazing 30 minute root practice? I can't begin to thank you enough.
