Thanks for the excellent instructions, the particulars of where certain parts of the body need to be or focus is very helpful.
I really love this practice. It goes by fast, but doesn't feel rushed. Plus, it is not too challenging. Yet, my core and arm muscles are always a little sore the next day after I do it, which always surprises me a little, but I think is a good sign, right? This is one of my favorites on this site for sure.
This is the best practice for when I have anxiety. Forces me to slow down and shift my focus to the present and the feel of my body. Thank you <3
