I love this practice, and I am so grateful for the variety of classes, Fiji offers us on DoYogawithme. I come back to this class in times of lots of pain, and it always helps me to reconnect with my body and makes me trust, that I will heal again.
Together with Rise and Shine and the 20 Min. Morning practice (and ..and..and.., but trying to keep it short) Fijis classes have accompanied me through 4 pregnancies and very busy and health-wise challenging times.

I have done this soothing practice countless times. It's one you'll come back to! Fiji, please consider making a longer (40-50 minute) version of long holds like this. Love it!
