Hi Julia, Transitions like this do take some time to get used to. Continue to practice and using as little assistance from your hands as possible, overtime your brain and body figure out how to make it come together!

Thank you! I appreciated the sun salutation variation; loved the moon salutation - so graceful; and the gods/goddesses salutation was so much fun to move in different directions (almost got it!)
