This was great for the legs Guy. One could incorporate these poses at the end of a fast flow practice too. I’ll go back to this when I need it before bedtime. I saved it.
This is a wonderful slow , floor practice. I can see adding this to the end of my practice (after doing warm up/peak pose).
Makes you feel relaxed by corpse pose.
