Heads up, plus-sized buds - this class is all twists and folds so it was quite frustrating for me (the opposite of relaxing before bed).
This lesson was anything but relaxing for me. It required far more flexibility than I have. With legs straight in front of me, I need to sit 6 inches off the floor just to get my upper body vertical. I certainly can't fold any farther forward. The other poses were equally inaccessible. Very discouraging. Are beginners really expected to be able to do this?
