Guy helps you bring intentionality and purpose to your movements in this slow flow class with a focus on knees. Learn to tune into subtle sensations and make small adjustments that will keep your knees safe and stable in bent or straight legged poses. Note: you may want a folded blanket or other soft support for the kneeling poses. I’ve yet to be disappointed by any of Guy’s classes so far, but this one truly surprised me. It was subtle, but very profound and I got a lot out of it. Simple and very impactful movements, with gentle and charming humour. I also really appreciate the reminder on specific exhales to “integrate”- you can hear a phrase many times, but then one not-so-special day it truly sinks in and the light comes on. Thank you, Guy, for sharing your authentic and welcoming approach to your practice. Sending gratitude your way.

As a new member I loved your slow flow Guy . I like your calm and at times humourous manner (?goat yoga) and your focus on the breath.
I particularly liked Video #8 Focus on the knees as I have a troublesome left knee. However, when I tried to repeat the video ( and any others in that series) I couldn't open the site even though I'm a newly paid up member? Please advise?

I found I could drop my knee to the floor but couldn't lift up without placing my hands on the floor. Not sure if that's due to weak quads, weak knees or both!
