Stay low and slow with me as we move through a gentle, deep release through your shoulders, spine, hips and lower back. Let your breath be your teacher while you lean in with curiosity and inquiry.

Great stretch to get me back into yoga after a surgery and rest period. If you are like me and can't do hero's pose for long, chose a cross legged variation at the beginning, as you will be there for a long time despite Tracey saying you won't. ;)

My new favourite. Wow. This was his right for me - lots of tension busting movements, slower pace to allow for some good release - lovely. Thank you so much for sharing your talent with us Tracey.

I came for hips and hamstrings, but I am also pleased that my jaw and neck feel released as well. Lots of juiciness is packed into this practice. Thank you
