Slow down with this gentle, restorative yoga practice that has very few poses, long stretches of silence and perfect guidance from Melissa. You will feel yourself sink into deep relaxation while supporting your body with soft and blankets and a bolster (if you have one), feeling at ease at all times. This class is great for the back in particular, due to the gentle spinal bends and twists. If you don't have a bolster, learn how to make a bolster at home.

I have done the oceanside practice a lot of times and enjoyed it but this one gives more opportunity for meditation in the long silences. It really helped me to feel rested and get a sense of where I'm at. Lovely class.
