This satisfying hatha yoga class with Melissa combines two great movements for your spine - side stretching and twists. You’ll feel so good (and tall!) after this class. It’s especially great for those that spend a lot of time on the computer and/or sit for long periods of time.

This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 10 of Grounding and Strength 14-Day Beginner Yoga Challenge.

This was a great slow, relaxing flow to elongate my spine after a long day at my desk in front of the computer. There were some unique poses that I appreciated. I would have liked some additional check ins for the positioning of my hips in the warrior poses and cobra. Also, it's my personal preference to not just step back into warrior poses, I feel like the positioning of my feet is never right when I do that. I'll be coming back to this class!

Great class! Melissa's classes are always a safe bet. And it's worth playing the music that goes with it; I was pleasantly surprised by the playlist... Some of the songs are not your classic yoga tunes, and go very well with the most "active" part of the class. Loved it!
