Back to the Mat: Shoulder Mobility & Stability

To maintain or rehab yourself back into shoulder health with both mobility & stability, this practice gives you several helpful and therapeutic exercises!
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 3 of Back to the Mat series. You can find the final class here.
