I discovered yoga about 20 years ago and have found it one of the most satisfying and holistic forms of exercise for the complete body and being! It does, however, demonstrate how in a world that is filled with much mystery which cannot, if at all desired, be embraced by so many! Interestingly the very disciplines which are a natural manifestation of the crux of the mystery can be wielded by very contradictory agents in being! It is why to follow a fundamental set of rules AND there are few, I have found, true conduits of the true reality! Sometimes the agent is in an extremely removed state of ineptitude from the manifestation of the true practice and the significance therein!

I had a weight workout before this. Not knowing I would do this practice.
It was a great way to do a little yoga after an aggressive workout and stretch.
I love Crista so that was a bonus.
