This yoga challenge is designed to be challenging and enlightening for students of all levels. Beginning with the fundamentals with Rachel Scott, the sequence of classes will improve your alignment, strengthen your core, release tightness and tension, and deepen your mental calm. Featuring a variety of teachers, they gradually increase in difficulty, ending with Josh’s Slow Burn (a site favorite) and his class on Grounding Yourself. A fine way to spend 14 days!

SO many great reminders from your cueing. I love classes where I can slow down and get good alignment set up.
Only on day 2 of this 14 day challenge, but so far loving it. These first two fundamental classes have been so helpful regarding correct alignment etc.

Hi, I’ve been doing yoga 12 years now and I love DYWM, but I have to comment that this is in now way a beginner I category. More like a beginner II or III. It might give students the impression that this program is to difficult for them.
I'm getting back into yoga after hip replacement surgery. This several session yoga challenge is a great new beginning. Thank you!
I really enjoyed all of the classes. The only downside for me is that by about day 10 I had a lot of aching muscles. I think 14 days in a row without a break might be too much for me
