This class with Guy is a slow full-body flow class reinforcing and reflecting on your own yoga practice. A key practice in traditional yoga is to observe your own inner patterns so that you can leave behind unproductive conditioning, preferences and aversions. This practice involves a continuous gentle focus on your breathing throughout the class.

This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 9 of Grounding and Strength 14-Day Beginner Yoga Challenge.

Wow, I thought I had taken all of Guy's classes but I missed this one. I like all his sessions, this one was very interesting as it showed me how many patterns I have developed in yoga. I am now more aware of that. Thanks Guy!

Great class! Thank you ! I like your teaching style and pace of the class, and also the beach and ocean :o). But who knew we'd be doing pushups!! ha ha, not my preference, tricky way to get them in and glad I did.

Hi Guy! I'm 21 years old with MASSIVE body pains. For an unknown reason--I was hesitant to look into your classes. One of my yoga friends suggested you and I came to this class happy to see that you also suggested some music to go along. You and I have similar music taste when practicing self-studies and I was so shocked to see that your rhythm matches the rhythm I hope to bring to my students once I am certified at the end of May. It was quite uncanny to see that someone has a similar mindset for how they view yoga. I would love to get into contact with you sometime in the future and just talk! Because you are the first yoga teacher that I have felt an instant connection the moment you began to practice. I am going to be looking into each and every one of your classes for now on. You impacted my life. Thank you for showing me that there are many other yoga teachers out there with the same energy and rhythm that you portray. I don't feel so alone anymore!!

Guy is such a great yoga teacher. This particular class packs a good, thorough workout into 30ish minutes.
