Another wonderful practice with Tracey. She is the perfect guide through a lot of one legged poses and some great twists.
You will feel terrific after this practice.
As a yoga teacher I always enjoy Tracey's classes...creative flows, intelligent sequencing, excellent verbal instruction. In this one note that reverse warrior was forgotten on the left side after side angle about 24 min in. So add that in if you are following, but no big deal. Happens to the best of us.
What a wonderful practice. It includes all the things I love about yoga... heart opening, hip opening, strengthening and inversions. Tracey's narration helps me to align my body in the asansas so I can push my boundaries safely. I left my mat feeling more confident. Thank you for being an inspirational teacher!
