Can anyone help me out by suggesting a modification or alternative to headstand? A few of the classes I enjoy include headstand. I came to yoga quite late in life and don’t have access to taught classes so although I would love to do headstand I don’t as I am sure I would just end up injuring myself! Not a good idea, so any thoughts on a modification or alternative would be welcome. Thanks.
i'm just on a constant rotation of tracey videos lately! i've done this video a couple times now....a good challenge! and the aesthetics of this class are just so beautifully calming, between tracey's oceanic hued outfit, to the sound of waves, to the swans lining up! just wonderful...thank you <3
