A nice slow and gentle class with some good twists. Great surroundings and David's calm voice. Thank you. There is no "namaste" or bell at the end, the music fades away.

I am so happy to have found this class. I am healing from a stress fracture and not supposed to put weight on my foot. This was perfect. I will revisit often, now, as well as look for other sitting classes. Thank you!
