All of the poses in this quick but full class are on the ground; seated and lying down. Anastasia begins with a short relaxation, then moves at a nice, gentle pace through poses that target the hamstrings, hips, groin, lower back and IT band, among others. This class was so wonderful for me today! I work a very physical job and am outdoors lifting, dragging, and moving all around. I don't have a lot of energy in the evening but I need to stretch, so a hatha class on the ground was just perfect. I loved it; I wish there were more like it!

Recovering from a flare-up of arthritis in my knees & it hurts just to stand. This was a perfect return to yoga stretching without having to put any weight on the knees. Thank you!
