If you're having issues with the player:

All of the poses in this quick but full class are on the ground; seated and lying down. Anastasia begins with a short relaxation, then moves at a nice, gentle pace through poses that target the hamstrings, hips, groin, lower back and IT band, among others. It's a great way to begin the day or complete a busy work day, especially if you are short on time.

Excellent Class...But Not Really 'Seated'?

Excellent class and I rated five stars for the overall quality, especially the instruction. I will look for other beginner classes by this instructor. Each movement was well explained, and options were offered for those who struggled with the full movement...but I couldn't do the class. My only quibble is with the title. I think the title is misleading, or maybe I had the wrong expectation? The majority of the class is laying flat on your back on the floor (so that is not 'seated')...about six minutes in the middle is sitting on the floor...which can still be difficult for those with back issues...the remainder is laying on the floor on your back. I'm not sure who the target audience is, except maybe those with balance issues? (I'm 67...so I get balance issues.) I bookmarked this video because I thought 'seated' meant sitting in a chair. If someone has lower-extremity mobility issues, he/she won't be able to do this, I don't think. I don't, I just have back issues and currently can't lay down on the floor. I hope I can return to this class someday, as the instruction is excellent and the movements really are for beginners. So if you can lay flat on your back on the floor, I would highly recommend this class.
