Great to see some new classes with Ron! The first 10 minutes you are seated. It goes slow so you have enough time to enjoy the poses. Great class!

Wonderful class! We addressed each body part. I loved the slower flow so that we were able to really feel into everything. Your cues and reminders were impeccable! Thanks Ron for a great class! Happy 2025 to you!
