I like all of Fiji's classes. In fact, but this is perfect when you only have a little time. The instructions are so clear and have really helped me adjust exactly where and when I need to. Thanks for your amazing classes, Fiji. They have had a great effect on my overall health and peace of mind.

She is so clear with her instructions & postures a true inspiration for us yogis to aspire to, this class is definitely the best way to wake up in the morning. I've actually started doing yoga on my balcony now since moving house & yoga is even better with that delicious breeze. Amazing, thank you Fiji!

lovely class! I picked an intermediate class but this teacher on suggestion of a friend, and it was a good choice. Challenging as my right clavicle is till recovering from an operation to fix it. Nonetheless I'll keep practising this one as it's a shot of energy for when time's at a premium.
