Used this class for my lunchtime workout and so enjoyed it. Nice addition to the warrior II poses! Really great instructions to help with proper positioning and alignment.

Great class and flow, invigorating and brings some heat to your body, just like the class description. You won't be disappointed! Enough time to transition from one pose to the next without feeling rushed. Lots of cues to remind you of your posture and breathing. Loved it!
