Great morning flow! Ease into the poses and power up. Fiji does a great job of creating intention for every pose and reminding you to utilize every muscle during this workout. loved it!

Great class when time is limited. It's quickly-paced and gets you nice and warm. I'm always a fan of Fiji's instructions!

Was a little fast, but loved it! Now that I have done it once next time the speed will be perfect. Just the right amount of difficulty. I feel great after completing this. Thank you.

This class was too fast for me, but it certainly gets your body warm quickly and covers a huge range of muscles in a short period of time. Perhaps if I did it a few times and knew what was coming I wouldn't find it too fast.

Thanks for class. Just restarting my Yoga journey. Got up early on a great MT day. Kids still sleeping. And I still have time for coffee before work. Fiji you made the first class back into my yoga life great! Thanks for wonderful voice cues while I stretched. Great body check-in reminders the whole class. Peace Joey
