Fiji's third class is a shorter power yoga flow that moves you more quickly into revolved bound side angle (parivrtta baddha parsvakonasana), which is why she is calling it a workshop. This class packs a punch, taking you fairly quickly to the peak pose, while preparing you for deep twists, and arm bind and a deep opening for the spine, hips, upper back and shoulders.
