Revolved Bound Side Angle Pose: Reach and Wrap
This is the second in a 3-part series where Fiji prepares your body for and teaches you how to do revolved bound side angle pose (parivrtta baddha parsvakonasana). This is a shorter class than the first, but packed full of challenging poses and a creative sequence that threads them all together. Fiji shines in this class, and you may find yourself moving into poses you never felt your body was able to access, including standing balances, back bends and twists. Even though it is short, it really is "enough" and you finish feeling complete. Surprised that there is only one chaturanga though! ;)
