Appropriate for students of all levels, David guides you through a gentle, relaxing flow that stretches the body effectively and focuses on balance, both mental and physical. This hatha yoga class stretches the back, shoulders, hips, hamstrings and hip flexors and finishes with a beautiful, deep sivasana.

That was AMAZING. I was hurting emotionally and physically and just didn't want to do anything. This class was nice and slow and gently and made all parts of my body and mind feel better. I can now have a restful night. Thank you!

Great Class. Very Relaxing.
The only thing I'm missing is a little bit of music. I have found that it calms my mind and helps me to really focus and stop wandering. Other than that, I'm really satisfied with this session. Thanks, Dave
After finishing 4 months of intensive chemotherapy, I started the Restoring Balance Class to help improve my health. I have done this class for the past 6 weeks, averaging 5-6 times per week. At first, I found it difficult to do some of the poses, particularly the squat, but I stuck it out. Every time I viewed the class, I perfected the techniques. I'm finally able to do nearly all of the poses as shown on the video - even the ones where I had a hard time letting my shoulders relax (thanks for the constant reminders, David). Overall, I would recommend this class for those who are looking for a way to get back in tune with their bodies, gain strength, and improve flexibility.
