Loved it - wanted to just stay in that boat! Thank you David!
lol. The comment below from anoukfromholland is right. It's a quick restorative session. Recommended if you're busy.
bh-bye!
I experienced the poses as way too short and therefore more as “doing”.
In Amsterdam i’ve followed hundreds of restorative classes, which held the poses for at least 10 minutes long. For me that’s super relaxing and melts all the doing. Is it possible to share a restorative class with longer poses?
This is a delicious class which I did at bed time so perfect way to unwind and feel comforted. I loved the gentle stretches up the wall, using the bolster and especially love the reclining spreading shoulders over the edges of the bolster and legs in a frog position- it feels so opening. The final guided relaxation with extra comfort of cushions under thighs and head, with the visualisation of being rocked in the bottom of a rowing boat looking at the multitude of stars was so soothing, freeing and awesome in the true meaning of the word. Thank-you David. Your voice is mesmerising.
