So many of us only have 15 or 20 minutes free in an average day, so Satiya has designed this class for that reason. Her gentle approach and calm voice can still take you places where you will feel rested and revitalized when you're done, in such a short amount of time!

I found this practice to be very effective in releasing my hips after a challenging practice the day before, and a good way to rest using yoga to restore rather than not do any practice at all. I am intent on a road to restoration and healing and like to vary my practices and this was an incredibly helpful and healing practice.
