I'm on a 365 day yoga sadhana and I use this class on some of the days where I can feel exhaustion trying to take a foothold. I am amazed how effective this "class" is in such a short space of time. Could you please tell me exactly which Yogi Tunes this is? It's amazing for background relaxation without intrusion. Namaste from Ireland.
