Explore a somatic practice releasing tension throughout your body. Learn where you are holding tension and how to let it go. Relax, restore, replenish your body’s natural strength, vitality and resilience. Note: Two blankets, two pillows or cushions, and a small towel or eye pillow are recommended for this practice.
