Rest and Recover: The Power of Breath
Explore breathwork to strengthen two powerful energy centres: your navel centre, the body’s energy power-house, and your heart centre, the seat of unconditional love. Relax into a supported heart-opening backbend, then soften into sweet Shavasana. Please note: 2 blankets, 2 pillows or cushions, and a small towel or eye pillow are recommended for this practice.

I'm still a bit confused about restorative yoga classes. All I do is lay on the floor and fall asleep usually. And then I think, "maybe I should have just taken a nap in my bed". I mean, it's very comfortable and nice and pleasant, I'm just not sure what I'm trying to do here that I'm not already doing at night when I go to bed.
That said I'm always glad to give it a try, maybe one of these days it will click!
I really enjoy your rest and recover practice in this challenge. Normally I only do power yoga classes and always thought that this resting doesn´t count as real practice. But now thanks to you and this challenge, I found out that I totally miss a big piece in my practice, that I didn´t even understand how important a restorative practice is. I am amazed how great I feel after afterwards and how much easier it is the next day to continue with challenging classes. Thank you, Tianne for your positive energy and for making me trying out new things.
Beautiful, relaxing & restorative practice. Peaceful & calm now. Thank you Tianne.
