Lovely practice, Jonni-Lyn - thank you! I really appreciate your chanting om shanti at the end of your practices - I've been trying to find the meaning of "pariom" (not sure I spelled it right) but only find "om shanti shanti shanti" explained. Can you help me with the addition of "pariom"?

It is Hari Om. Hari being another name for Vishnu, a God in Hindu mythology. Hari means "the remover" or "the one who takes away," and is the name used in the Vedas to refer to the Supreme or Divine Absolute who removes the sorrow and suffering of his devotees. Om is a primordial sacred syllable, encompassing the sound vibration of the universe and all creation.

This class isn't bad, but it's not an Intermediate II. I would say it's more of a Beginner class.
