Thanks for a great class. My knee mobility is such that I was not able to do the cross-legged outer hip stretch. I modified to a Pigeon, but would welcome any other ideas, Fiji.

This class was exactly what I needed this morning. I could feel my hamstrings release - one side, then the other - as I moved through the class. The pace and tone are gentle allowing my body to let go. It's a perfect lead up to my marathon coming up on Sunday. Though not targeted to runners specifically - this is a good one for anyone with tight hips, hamstrings and lower back. Thanks once again Fiji.

I just love figi's classes, needed a recovery from the advanced binding class, this class got me warm and refreshed, added some extra poses into the breaks to get deeper but happy to do just her instructions also
