Oh my gosh, this was EXACTLY what I needed this morning! What a great way to work out the kink I had in my lower back and ease some achy hip action. I seriously enjoyed this!
Definitely noticed a difference sitting cross-legged at the beginning (uncomfortable) to sitting the same at the end (comfortable!)
I noticed a lot of feelings of "can't" and "failure" during this practice, and it didn't help that a few times (for example, seated twist with both legs bent) my body just couldn't go into the "right" posture and I didn't know which part of the posture to sacrifice (do I let my butt rise off the floor so that my foot can reach the floor on the other side? or do I let my foot hang?) Struggling a lot today.
Tracey, your online yoga, in particular this one, is keeping me sane and healthy through the pandemic! This is completely unique how you access the hips, glutes and hamstrings. Your last pose is one I can sort of attempt so it feels like a place to return and notice the subtle changes. Thank you and namaste :) /|\
