loved this floor class
I love this class. Tracey always has an important message in her classes. I really needed to hear that we tend to hold on to things that we should just let go today. My hips and hamstrings are singing now.
I love all the hip work in this 30 day challenge! I feel like my hips and lower back get so crunchy in the winter; it's nice to warm them up and smooth them out. This quick little practice gets in deep!
