Juicy hips! Thank you
I am a singer with a natural tendency to tight hips and neck/shoulders. This class has become one of my go-tos in preparation for concerts, whenever I feel that a regular warm-up will not be enough and I need a deeper yet quick intervention. One cautionary tale, though: I once overdid it (especially the last pose, I suspect) on a badly contracted back and ended up with a bona fide lumbago. Lesson learned :-), since that day I have listened to my body more carefully and this class has helped me countless times.
Wow! This is the kind of practice that reminds me why I love yoga: Holistic and beautiful! This one goes deep into hips and lower body, with variations I haven't experienced before. Definitely worth repeating this practice on a regular basis. Thank you Tracey!
well i needed this today, thanks Tracey!
