One of the best things about any of Tianne's classes is her understanding that even the smallest movement or adjustment can help the body relax. She will help you release any tension you have in your back in the most gentle way possible.
Way to much talking for me. I prefer quiet time during poses to go inside. Poses weren’t a great release possibly because of the constant talking.
Thank you Tianne. I have pain in my lower left back and this session was very helpful to unwind the not needed contractions that I am doing in my body as a result of feeling my pain. Also, I should mention here that the gentle instructions and your warm voice are very helpful to get out of the stressed body and mind.
I needed more verbal guidance on the twist. I found it difficult to understand what parts of me should stay connected to floor and what should raise and twist. Verbal explanation usually more effective for me than trying to translate visual of what someone else is doing into what my body is supposed to do and feel. Student’s black pants made visual on twist even more challenging. Ended up tweaking my lower back on one of the side twists so suspect I was doing something wrong.
