I've been doing the power / vinyasa classes for the first couple of years but I'm now finding so much more benefit from these gentle and restorative classes and this one is my favourite. I don't know how I missed all these and I'm very grateful for it.

I am a beginner to yoga. I have been practicing for around 6 weeks while trying a new holistic way of repairing my body. Sometimes i find it difficult to switch off, particularly this week. This class was wonderful. i have never switched off as well as ever and i feel so grounded and relaxed after and feel i have the calm motivation to complete my chores that i wanted to complete today. Thank You.
