Totally wonderful!
It was one of the most difficult yoga session I have done in 17 years... Incredible. I always refused to do restorative yoga. I tricked myself. I guess I have entered here on a long path... I am grateful, David, but also afraid of the weight of difficulties to change my entire life, the way to look at it and eventually to organize it following this new way.
