Great instruction. Calm vibe. Wrist stretches snuck in between poses (awesome). Strengthening and will make you begin to sweat!

Thank you. You are one of my favorite teachers! Everything seems possible with your instruction. Last year I was in thumb and wrist braces and needed physical therapy just to do everyday things. I have very slowly used yoga to strengthen my wrists. This practice felt powerful.

Today I baked my Dad a birthday cake, and spent ages sifting icing sugar for the frosting, and the wrist relief poses in this class were just exactly what was needed!
