Refine and Align: Compass Pose
In this intermediate flow, Andrea guides you to merge the elements you need to find your true north. This challenging seated posture requires open hips and inner thighs, plus both stability and mobility in the shoulders. Note: For this class, it is recommended to have 2 blocks and lots of courage!

Never in a million years would I think I could attempt this pose with my super tight hips--Andrea showed me it is possible with proper prep! My hips feel amazing and I have a new (attainable!) challenge - bookmarking this class right now.
Absolutely fantastic class and what a brilliant teacher Andrea is! She very carefully and clearly takes you through the poses leading up to the compass, warming you up gently and stretching into all those delicious places that need opening up in order to get into the pose. More classes from Andrea please! She is wonderful! xx
I've been practicing yoga for years, and this was my very first time getting into compass pose. I laughed out loud in pure delight. What a great class and a fantastic teacher. I've also really enjoyed the other classes I've done with Andrea on here so far, and I would absolutely love to see more added from her!
