Amazing practice for shoulders and hips - loved it!
Everything has been said about Rachel's as a teacher. I might add that DYWM and especially Rachel with her tutorials and clear instructions have helped me to get rid of all the kinks I had. I started yoga over 30 years ago in Germany, at
this time it was in and everyone who know sun salutations and had room in their house was an instructor. I always have been - and still am - member of local yoga groups and just cheated my way through them.
When I started DTYWE a couple of years ago I realized very fast that I was missing the fundamentals. I build my yoga house from the roof but the fundament was missing! Right back into Beginner and worked my way up to Intermediate. I might also add that I am in my Seventies and hope I have many years left to practice yoga right! For my home town yoga group I am inspiration, some could be my grandkids!
