Prenatal Yoga: Releasing the Spine
Releasing the pregnant spine can be challenging, since the pregnant belly limits movement. In this short practice you will learn how to breathe, stretch and relax to support your back, by engaging your core, moving dynamically and letting go. Enjoy the release. I am really glad I found this class, I'm in my first trimester so will be using it a lot I'm sure. Really helped losen my back. Like the other comments, more classes under 30mins would be very welcome!
I love these prenatal videos - I am in my third trimester and am enjoying doing them - would there happen to be any more coming soon?
I'm at approximately 11weeks and had no idea how much my lower back would hurt during pregnancy with degenerative disc disease, I tried this class after weeks of suffering and my pain eased dramatically! I will make sure this class is a part of my daily routine from now on! Thank you so much Sarah! :)
just finishing my first trimester and so glad i found this video - complements the other ones I do all the time :) This one hit all my tight spots and had a great pace. A few more pre-natal videos in the under 30 minute length would be loved by me!
