I'm at approximately 11weeks and had no idea how much my lower back would hurt during pregnancy with degenerative disc disease, I tried this class after weeks of suffering and my pain eased dramatically! I will make sure this class is a part of my daily routine from now on! Thank you so much Sarah! :)

just finishing my first trimester and so glad i found this video - complements the other ones I do all the time :) This one hit all my tight spots and had a great pace. A few more pre-natal videos in the under 30 minute length would be loved by me!
