I really enjoyed this class. Short and sweet, and perfect for those who spend too much time sitting in an office. It was a bit odd to hear about making space for your baby, but if you can look pass that, this is a very relaxing class for just about anyone.

I enjoyed the slow pace of this class, but I think maybe the title is a bit misleading. I would say the focus is probably mostly the neck & upper spine. It does help open the entire spine some, but I wouldn't say it aims for relieving sciatica (and isn't mentioned during the class either). Making this comment mostly so maybe the class name will be changed?

It was very relaxing & the voice of the instructor soothing

This was a great video! Although I am a male, I benefited greatly from this - it helped me slow down, relax, focus on my breathing to release the tension around my neck... This is perfect for after work, when I just need to sit down, reconnect with my breath, and release tension. Thank you!
