Prenatal Yoga: The Basics

Beginner II

Join Julia as she guides you through different postures to help with the physical side of pregnancy. You will stretch and strengthen those most affected areas during the prenatal period, and set yourself up for a positive recovery during the postnatal period. Note: You will need two blocks and a bolster. Blankets are optional for this practice.
