This prenatal yoga class is for women in their second and third trimesters. Fiji was six months pregnant when she filmed this class. Her guidance is gentle and full of inspiration as she teaches you how to modify a yoga flow to accommodate the many changes you, too, are experiencing in your body as your baby grows.

I really enjoyed this class. I'm 24 weeks pregnant and have practiced yoga on a fairly regular basis for the past few years. I was very sick during the first trimester (so no yoga), and I found this to be at a good level for my reduced strength and energy - not overwhelming, but still a good workout. I really appreciate you making this class available!!!

I love your teaching style and flow, Fiji! This is a beautiful practice. I do have a question, however, about the "modified" upward dog, cow pose, and other back bends. Other prenatal classes + trainings I've taken have always stressed NOT doing these type of spine flexions because of the extra weight in the belly and how it can pull/torque the low back, instead keeping a neutral spine, for example, from cat to table, rather than through to cow. I'd love to hear your thoughts on why you think these deep back openers are okay and safe. Thank you!

I love this video. I'm 7 months pregnant now, and love the cross between challenging and restorative poses this class offers. A friend of mine (who's not pregnant) and I do this class together fairly often, and we even had her husband and another friend all doing it together in my living room one time! :D Thanks Fiji, I love your energy.

I found it quite tricky - not sure it is completely beginner level. I was able to further modify some of the poses though so overall it was lovely and I feel great. Thanks
