This prenatal yoga class is for women in their second and third trimesters. Fiji was six months pregnant when she filmed this class. Her guidance is gentle and full of inspiration as she teaches you how to modify a yoga flow to accommodate the many changes you, too, are experiencing in your body as your baby grows.

This was a great class. A little more challenging than other prenatal classes I've done. And I love that there is so much emphasis on connecting with the little life inside you. I will definitely be doing this one again.

Lovely class, however , I would suggest this class be reconsidered as a moderate to advanced class.

I'm on my second pregnancy, have been doing yoga for 15 years, but I still found myself modifying.

I really enjoyed the challenge of it in many moments. Namaste
