Is there a reason people in the first trimester should not do this class?

Great yoga video. I let my practice slide over the last year - and now being pregnant want to make yoga apart of my daily routine again. I found this to be the perfect video to enable me to get back into / improve my yoga practice and all the benefits it will give my body and my my growing babies development. NAMASTE x

I keep trying to do this whole yoga sequence but haven't achieved it yet. I've worked my way up to doing 32 minutes and I really broke a sweat. I felt great after I did it. It gave me a ton of energy. I can't wait until I'm able to do the whole thing.

As a yoga teacher myself I loved this flow but I think you have classified it incorrectly. This is definitely not a flow for pregnant beginners to try!
