Her guidance is gentle and full of inspiration as she teaches you how to modify a yoga flow to accommodate the many changes you, too, are experiencing in your body as your baby grows.

I absolutely love this class. It is such a perfect flow for pregnancy, and beyond!
I'm a bit over halfway through my second trimester and my only issue is that I wish there were MORE prenatal classes to choose from! I find myself drawn to do them several times a week but have quickly started repeating classes. I always loves Fiji's classes though, so I'll gladly repeat.

Such a lovely class. I especially appreciated the balance poses which many prenatal classes skip over. Also, the gentle reminders about connecting with my baby are always welcome. Thank you.

ah this felt amazing for my very tight hamstrings, I'm at the end of my first trimester and this is what I needed!

I'm 30 weeks pregnant and this class worked great for me. I attend a regular (non prenatal) yoga class a couple times a week and just modify the poses. I did this on vacation and it was nice, though I do agree that people who have never done yoga might have a hard time getting through the entire workout. I don't think it's that they would need to modify the poses themselves; it's more about having the endurance if you haven't been exercising much.
