Wake-up and clear your head with this short, but full, pranayama yoga class. It's the perfect combination of breathing exercises, including deep abdominal breathing, kapalabhati pranayama (the skull cleanser) and meditation. The diaphragmatic breathing helps calm your nerves before moving into the breathing techniques that wake you up. If you like this class, the next step is David's Pranayama Yoga To Move Energy.

I really love this class as well as the other breathing classes. I recommend also trying the 'Skull cleanser' practices if you like this particular breath. Personally, I love it for when I have a headache, clears it right up. From the comments below I gather some people expect more 'proper' excercises, but it is all about breathing.

Thank you. It’s difficult, but leaves me feeling very good afterwards. I’ll keep trying this.

What a great 90 minutes of alignment and breathing practice. I’ve book marked these to pull up and revisit from time to time. Thank you.
